Contract to Close Package Includes:

• ​Introduction to all parties of the transaction
• Review of all documents for correctness and completion
• Locate any missing documents
• Load documents into document management system used by broker and turn documents into office
• Assist with scheduling home inspection
• Assist with ordering home warranty
• Keep everyone updated on the status of the transaction
• Important date reminders on calendar
• Obtain utility information
• Follow-up on information sheets and other documents to be returned to attorney/title company
• Verify wire has been processed in time for closing
• Obtain receipts as required per transaction 
• Report to MLS as required
• Verify settlement statement has distributed for review
• Prepare commission statement 
• Send closing gifts and thank you
• Ensure client has necessary copies of documents
